The mysterious case of Elisa Lam – bizarre behavior caught on video prefaces drowning death in hotel rooftop water tank
In February 2013, after hotel residents complained of funny-tasting water and poor water pressure, 21-year-old Elisa Lam, a student from Vancouver, Canada, was found dead inside the Cecil Hotel’s rooftop water tank in Los Angeles. The coroner’s finding was surprising to many – accidental death by drowning – despite the fact that no drugs nor alcohol were found during autopsy of Lam’s body. Even more disturbing, an elevator surveillance tape recorded Elisa’s bizarre behavior just moments before her death.
Long-hidden JFK footage that clearly shows second shooter to be aired, then sold, to bidders this week
The Wrap is reporting that long-hidden footage showing a clear view of a second gunman in the John F. Kennedy assassination will be aired, and offered for sale to private investors this week. The footage is currently in possession of Texas real-estate developer, Stephen Bowen, who says he obtained the film from a Houston television news producer who held onto it secretly for more than 40 years. The film is said to clearly show a second shooter hiding in the bushes along the route the presidential motorcade took on November 22, 1963 supporting the theory that Lee Harvey Oswald did not act alone.
Los Angeles authorities said yesterday that body parts have turned up in two separate water treatment plants in L.A. It is believed that the body parts are from the same woman. A woman’s head and upper body were found at a San Gabriel Valley sewage plant (in the 1900 block of Workman Mill Road, east of Los Angeles) while a foot, legs, and pelvis were found 30 miles away at a wastewater plant in the 24500 block of South Figueroa Street in Carson two days earlier. At both locations, the body parts were found in bins that hold debris separated from sewage wastewater.
Recorded audio evidence comes forth proving police officials purposely set Chris Dorner cabin on fire
As we predicted a few days ago, given rumors that special ops units designed to kill on sight had been deployed to California, Chris Dorner would not be captured but instead, would be killed on sight. Now evidence is mounting that the cabin fire that killed Dorner was purposely set by police (or military) officials in an effort to kill or flush out an already injured Dorner. Many suspected official arson was in progress when news cameras were instructed to not shoot close-ups of the cabin which Dorner fled into. In a veritable replay of the infamous Waco incident, now he have received transcripts of television news audio as well as recordings of police radio frequencies (Los Angeles police, Sheriffs, and possibly military) that confirm the cabin fire was deliberately set by officials.
For those who didn’t know, LA does indeed have a subway system although the geographical dispersion of LA residents doesn’t make it a very popular choice for moving about the city. Still, in the 1940’s, over 65,000 riders used the LA subway system, a system that has since been abandoned after the new lines were built. Entrances to the underground system have been sealed but readers have noted there are a few ways you can still get in. Unsealed entrances are typically located behind locked gates or inside the old subway system’s boarded-up terminals. Here’s a collection of photos from the old LA subway system.
On June 13, 1994, a couple in Las Angeles were surprised when their dog, a small white Akita, returned home with blood on his paws. They took the dog back outside and it led them directly to a neighbor’s home – Nicole Simpson. On the night of February 24/25, 1942, less than three months after the United States entered World War II, an extraordinary event occurred in the skies of southern California. Known as the Battle of Los Angeles (or The Great Los Angeles Air Raid), a large number of flares, fires, blinking lights, and a huge UFO appeared in the skies of Los Angeles. As warning sirens sounded the alert, the United States military fought against the objects for several hours. After the dust settled, the military could give no explanation of the “enemy” combatants they had just battled.
