2045 Initiative roadmap

In 2012, Russian Billionaire Dmitry Itskov announced the founding of the 2045 Initiative which he explained is a way to extend the human life by replacing human beings with hybrid bio-electronic replicas. Partnering with Itskov in the project are many Russian experts in the fields of anthropomorphic robotics, living systems modeling and brain and consciousness modeling. The 2045 Initiative begins in earnest in 2015 and is scheduled to achieve all of its goals by the year 2045.
